At Reboot Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring smooth operations for our retreats. Please review the terms below for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation & Refund Structure

Each tour has its own refund and cancellation policy. Please check the specific trip page for detailed information. 

2. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@reboot-holidays.life with the booking details.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 to 21 business days after cancellation approval. It will be credited in the original mode of payment within 21 business days.
• Any transaction fees incurred during payment processing will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Force Majeure Clause: In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions, Reboot Holidays may offer alternative solutions or partial refunds at its discretion.
