Welcome to Reboot Holidays! By booking a retreat or travel experience with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be completed before departure as per the payment schedule provided.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, and government regulations.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:
- 90% refund if cancellation occurs 90 days or more before departure.
- 75% refund if cancellation occurs between 89 to 60 days before departure.
- 50% refund if cancellation occurs between 59 to 21 days before departure.
- No refund if cancellation occurs 20 days or less before departure.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval of the request.
- Transaction charges and processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Physical Fitness & Medical Responsibility
- Participants must be in good physical and mental health to take part in our retreats and tours.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to assess their own fitness level before booking.
- Certain retreats involve physical activities such as trekking, hiking, and water-based adventures. Reboot Holidays shall not be held responsible for any injuries, health conditions, or unforeseen medical emergencies during the trip.
- Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions must consult their doctor before booking and inform us in advance.
- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies.
4. Travel & Liability Disclaimer
- Reboot Holidays is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations, weather conditions, or government restrictions that may impact the itinerary.
- We shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
- In case of any emergency or natural disaster, Reboot Holidays reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a trip.
- Participants are responsible for adhering to local laws and customs in the destination country.
5. Code of Conduct & Exclusivity
- All retreat experiences curated by Reboot Holidays are exclusive and cannot be marketed independently by our partners.
- Guests should not be approached for direct marketing by any partner or third party.
- Pricing details of our packages should not be disclosed to guests.
- Any violation of these terms may result in cancellation of bookings and future partnerships.
6. Force Majeure
Reboot Holidays shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Pandemics or health crises
- Government regulations
7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip with Reboot Holidays, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
