Check-in & check-out: International check-in (1400 hrs) / Checkout (1200 hrs)
Surcharge rates may be applicable on the entire package, depending upon the final date of travel. Rates may change without prior notice if the group size reduces from what is mentioned above

Cancellation Policy

100% refund will be provided if the trip is cancelled by the organizers before 2nd July 2025 due to reasons beyond control such as geo-political situations, visa restrictions, natural catastrophes, or similar unforeseen circumstances.
70% refund is available for all cancellation requests submitted by the traveler before 2nd July 2025.
For cancellations after 2nd July 2025, refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policies of our hotel, and other travel partners. No refund on flight fares and travel insurance.
Visa processing charges are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
